Academic Counsellor

Recruitment is open for the position of Academic Counsellor in Kilpauk, Chennai. The role involves guiding students interested in professional finance qualifications and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding ACCA, CMA, and CFA courses.

• Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Convert leads into enrolments and work towards assigned targets.

• Maintain student records using Excel or CRM tools.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Freshers and candidates with 1–4 years of experience may apply.

• Finance background preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in student counselling and career guidance.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

• Female candidates only, as specified in the advertisement.

• Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month
