Accounts Payable Analyst

VIAVI Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Accounts Payable Analyst through a walk-in recruitment drive in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices for procure-to-pay transactions.

• Resolve invoice, purchase order, payment, and vendor-related discrepancies.

• Process electronic payments, including checks and ACH transactions.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.

• Maintain vendor records and payment documentation.

• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and Accounts Payable reconciliations.

• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Train and mentor junior Accounts Payable team members when required.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes, principles, and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

• Experience with invoice automation tools is an added advantage.
