Role Description

The selected candidate will work on AWS WorkSpaces deployment and support, ensuring smooth setup, troubleshooting, and migration to production environments. This role requires strong technical expertise and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle AWS WorkSpaces deployment and support

• Review development setups and maintain runbooks

• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Prepare and support production migration

• Provide technical writing and documentation support

• Maintain and update documentation and runbooks

• Offer ongoing technical assistance and SME support

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Amazon WorkSpaces

• Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AWS environments

• Experience in technical documentation and runbook creation

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
