Key Responsibilities
Design automotive interior and exterior plastic components.
Create and modify 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
Support structural analysis, design modifications and prototype development.
Participate in design reviews.
Interpret technical specifications from customers and Japan headquarters.
Report design progress to senior engineers.
Coordinate with local suppliers.
Required Skills
1+ year of hands-on plastic product design experience.
Practical 3D CAD and 3D modelling experience.
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Good English communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work proactively.
Good to Have:
Automotive interior/exterior component experience.
Tier-1 automotive supplier exposure.
Basic knowledge of injection moulding and tooling.
Experience with Japanese companies.
Japanese language skills or interest in learning.
