Role Overview:
Alobha Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the IT services industry, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Manage client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for IT services.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and other project documentation.
Create flow diagrams and support SDLC activities.
Coordinate and support UAT activities.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Identify business gaps and provide suitable solutions.
Required Skills:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Pre-Sales & Post-Sales for IT Services
BRD, FRD, SRS & Project Documentation
SDLC, Flow Diagrams & UAT
Stakeholder & Client Management
Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
Candidate Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in an IT services/service-based company.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
