Business Analyst

This project involves evaluating multiple chatbot responses against defined criteria and providing structured assessments. The role also includes business analysis activities such as requirements documentation, workflow analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined criteria.

• Analyze business requirements and document findings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications.

• Analyze workflows, processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps and project documentation.

• Support project planning, testing, implementation and user acceptance testing.

• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams.

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and performance indicators.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Engagement

• Fully remote, project-based contract lasting 16 weeks.

• Eight hours per day, five days per week.

• Four hours of overlap with US Pacific Standard Time (PST).

• Weekend work may be required, with two weekdays off.

• Candidates must be based in India, Brazil or Colombia.
