An experienced Business Analyst is required for a role focused on Data Governance, Data Quality and Regulatory Reporting within the BFSI, Banking and Financial Services domain.

📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
💰 Budget: ₹15 LPA
🏢 Domain: BFSI / Banking / Financial Services

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years as a Business Analyst.

• Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management.

• Exposure to Regulatory Reporting such as EMIR, SFTR and MiFID II is an advantage.

• Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills.

• Experience in Data Validation, Reconciliation and Reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Collibra, Informatica, Alation, JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.

• Exposure to Python, VBA or Excel Macros is an advantage.

• Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management and change management.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Data Governance / Data Management certifications

• Audit and controls experience

• Metadata management

• Data lineage knowledge
