Preferred Experience:
Experience in RPO, Staffing or Recruitment Analytics will be an added advantage.

Key Focus Areas:

• Prepare and manage recruitment MIS reports.

• Develop dashboards and recruitment analytics.

• Track recruitment funnel and productivity metrics.

• Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate reporting insights effectively.
