Cars24 is hiring professionals for its Business Finance team in Gurugram. The role focuses on P&L analysis, financial reporting, business partnering, cost optimization and financial planning.

🎓 Qualification: CA preferred / strong academic track

Key Responsibilities

• Own and analyze P&L performance and ensure accurate reporting aligned with business targets.

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

• Drive cost optimization and improve operating efficiency.

• Support revenue assurance across recognition, billing, collections and growth opportunities.

• Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.

• Build and automate dashboards using BI and AI tools for faster, real-time financial insights.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A with strong P&L exposure.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

• Articleship experience from Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG preferred.

• Experience with leading organizations / consumer businesses is an advantage.

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

• Power BI / Tableau exposure preferred.

• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools for finance automation and analysis.
