Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of branches within the assigned cluster.
Mentor and guide branch banking professionals and branch managers.
Drive business growth and achievement of branch-level targets.
Improve operational efficiency and service quality across branches.
Strengthen customer relationships and enhance customer experience.
Monitor branch performance and support achievement of business objectives.
Act as the key point of contact for branch banking matters.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality banking services across the cluster.
Required Experience and Skills
15+ years of branch banking experience preferred.
Current Cluster Heads are particularly encouraged to apply.
Senior Branch Managers from leading banks may also be considered if they have managed strategic or high-value branches.
Strong business development and branch performance management capabilities.
Proven team leadership, mentoring and operational management skills.
