Positions Available

1. Cluster Head

• Oversee the performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster.

• Lead branch teams and monitor business performance.

• Support business growth, customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Monitor operational standards and compliance across branches.

2. Branch Head

• Manage day-to-day branch activities and overall branch performance.

• Lead branch employees and coordinate banking operations.

• Support customer relationship management and business development.

• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
