Cluster Head – Large Corporate Working Capital Loans

A leading bank is seeking a Cluster Head to drive business growth in Large Corporate Working Capital Loans across the designated region. The role involves managing Relationship Managers, expanding the loan portfolio, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth of working capital loans for large corporate clients.

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and their teams.

• Support loan sourcing, customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.

• Oversee existing customer service and loan renewals.

• Identify business challenges and develop solutions to help Relationship Managers achieve targets.

• Monitor business performance and support the achievement of regional objectives.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective portfolio management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant experience in large corporate lending.

• Proven experience in team leadership and management.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
