Cluster Head – Large Corporate Working Capital Loans

The Cluster Head will drive working capital loan sales and business growth across the assigned area, lead Relationship Managers and their teams, and oversee customer acquisition, servicing and loan renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth of working capital loans in the designated cluster.

• Lead and manage Relationship Managers and their teams.

• Support the sourcing of large corporate loan business.

• Oversee servicing of existing corporate customers and loan renewals.

• Help Relationship Managers resolve business challenges and achieve targets.

• Identify opportunities to expand corporate lending relationships.

• Analyse financial information to support lending decisions and business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in large corporate lending.

• Proven team management and leadership capabilities.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, including:

  • Balance Sheet

  • Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement

  • Cash Flow Statement

• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commercial understanding.
