CRM Executive (Female Only)

Location: NSP, New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 (negotiable for a suitable candidate)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.

• Communicate with clients politely and professionally.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Manage customer queries and complaints.

• Follow up with clients whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
