The role combines customer support and financial operations. Selected candidates will assist with investment-related enquiries and support trade-processing activities while following established operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries related to investment services.
Provide appropriate information and route complex queries to relevant teams.
Support trade-processing and related operational activities.
Review transaction details and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve processing issues.
Follow operational controls, service procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or undergraduate qualification.
Minimum six months of finance-related experience.
B2-level English proficiency.
Good communication, data-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a process-driven financial services environment.
Work Details
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month.
Five working days per week.
Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Two-way cab facility.
Work from office.
