Position: Customer Service Executive – Customer Support & Upselling
Qualification: Graduates only
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates
Salary (In-Hand):
Freshers: ₹15,500
Experienced candidates: ₹17,500
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off
Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts
Transport: One-side cab facility during odd hours
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers with B.Tech, M.Tech or BCA qualifications are not eligible, as specified in the hiring notice.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support.
