Hiring is open for Customer Support Associates – Inbound Voice Process. Candidates will handle inbound customer calls and provide support in a work-from-home setup.

Laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5 processor or above is mandatory.
Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand per month; ₹17,000 CTC.
Experienced candidates: ₹18,000 in-hand per month; ₹20,000 CTC.
Employment Details
Initial contract period: 6 months.
Permanent employment may be offered after the contract, subject to the employer's terms.
Immediate joining.
9-hour shifts, including breaks.
Two rotational days off.
Strict leave policy: no leaves during the first three months, as stated in the advertisement.
