Customer Support Representative – Domestic Voice & Chat

V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for Customer Support Representatives for its domestic customer support process involving voice calls and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Versant Level 6 preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Up to ₹32,000 in-hand per month.

• Salary from Day 1.

• Night shift allowance as per company policy.

• No recruitment charges.

Work Schedule

• Six working days per week.

• One rotational weekly off.

• Female candidates: day shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Male candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts.

• Shift allocation depends on business requirements.
