Aditi Consulting is hiring fresh graduates and early-career professionals for a remote data audit and quality-focused role involving large datasets, data validation and stakeholder communication.

📍 Location: Remote – Work From Home
💼 Experience: 0–6 Months
🎓 Preferred: 2025 Pass-outs
📄 Contract: 6 Months, with possible extension
💰 Salary: ₹4.4 LPA
🕐 Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual audits on large datasets.

• Validate and review data for accuracy and quality.

• Identify discrepancies and document findings.

• Communicate audit results clearly with stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates, preferably 2025 pass-outs.

• 0–6 months of experience; freshers with strong analytical aptitude are welcome.

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Internet Reimbursement: ₹1,000/month
