Design Engineer – CAD

Key Responsibilities
Create 2D and 3D CAD models from engineering drawings.
Develop Creo assemblies, engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Perform reverse engineering and CAD quality checks.
Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), tolerance stack-up and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Ensure design accuracy and compliance with engineering requirements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Creo 11.0, AutoCAD and Windchill PDM.
Knowledge of castings, sheet metal, machining and plastic components.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and manufacturing processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Oracle systems.
Electrical components.
Manufacturing and tooling exposure.
