DevOps CI/CD Engineer – Manager / Senior Manager

An opportunity is available for a DevOps CI/CD Engineer to manage and improve automated deployment environments supporting mission-critical trading and financial applications in a stock-broking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Automate deployments, configuration management, and environment provisioning using Ansible.

• Manage deployments across Development, UAT, Pre-Production, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.

• Automate build, release, deployment, and rollback processes.

• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and infrastructure issues.

• Maintain high availability, resilience, and minimal downtime for business-critical applications.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, DBA, and Application Support teams.

• Participate in production releases, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.

• Ansible playbooks and shell scripting.

• Linux / RHEL administration.

• MySQL and Redis administration.

• Production support and incident management.

• Monitoring and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Docker and Kubernetes.

• Kafka and Nginx.

• ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Cloud or private-cloud infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

• 3–15 years of relevant experience.

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification.

• Ability to support reliable, scalable deployment environments and business-critical financial applications.
