Seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect/Resource with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Profitability and Cost Management (PCM). The role involves designing, implementing and supporting enterprise reconciliation and financial close solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect Oracle ARCS solutions based on business requirements.
Lead end-to-end ARCS implementations, configurations, enhancements and support.
Configure reconciliation workflows, matching rules and compliance controls.
Design and manage integrations between ARCS, ERP and other financial systems.
Work with business and Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions.
Provide technical leadership and recommend Oracle EPM best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues.
Optimize EPM system performance.
Support financial close, reconciliation, reporting and compliance processes.
Develop and maintain business rules and EPM configurations.
Manage data integrations and technical documentation.
Lead implementation, troubleshooting and optimization activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / EPM Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
Strong experience with PCM (Profitability and Cost Management).
Expertise in EPM architecture and solution design.
Strong understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes.
Experience with data integrations and ERP integrations, including Oracle ERP/SAP.
Hands-on experience with business rules and EPM configurations.
Knowledge of reporting, compliance and financial processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead implementation, troubleshooting and optimization activities.
