An opportunity is available for an FCR (FLEXCUBE Retail) L2/L3 Support Engineer to support core banking applications remotely. Candidates should have practical experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail and production application support.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR).
Experience in L2/L3 application support.
Strong understanding of End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) processing.
Experience in batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.
Production incident management and issue resolution.
Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and log analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for FCR core banking applications.
Monitor EOD/EOM activities and batch processing.
Troubleshoot production issues and batch job failures.
Investigate incidents and resolve issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with technical and business teams to maintain application stability.
