Fenergo FenX Business Analyst / Configuration Consultant

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Fenergo FenX Business Analyst / Configuration Consultant to support end-to-end FenX implementations and enhancements, transforming client onboarding and KYC processes through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories from stakeholders.

• Configure and implement solutions within the Fenergo FenX platform, aligned with client onboarding and KYC processes.

• Design and configure policies, journeys, dashboards, risk components, and security management.

• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate FenX with third-party systems, including screening tools, IDP platforms, and document management solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations.

• Prepare and execute test plans, validate configurations, and support quality assurance activities.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, business-as-usual (BAU) activities, and production deployments.

• Independently manage configuration deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.

• Hands-on experience with Fenergo FenX configuration.

• Knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience configuring workflows, policies, journeys, risk rules, and dashboards in FenX.

• Understanding of system integrations and API-based connectivity.

• Experience in testing, defect management, and release support.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or financial services domain experience.

• Exposure to end-to-end Fenergo implementation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates with experience limited to operations, production support, KYC operations, AML operations, or non-Fenergo configuration will not be considered. Hands-on Fenergo FenX configuration experience is essential.
