Finance Manager – Automobile Dealership

Land Rover Shakti Auto Cars is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee dealership finance operations, strengthen financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support profitability across vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial statements, accounting operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Handle GST, TDS, statutory returns, taxation compliance, and audits.

• Monitor profitability across vehicle sales, service, and spare parts operations.

• Manage vehicle inventory financing, stock reconciliation, and internal financial controls.

• Coordinate retail vehicle financing with banks and NBFCs.

• Manage OEM financial reporting, dealer incentives, claims, and reimbursements.

• Supervise the finance and accounts team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations.

• Conduct internal audits and implement risk management procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• 14–20 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within automobile dealerships.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits.

• Experience in OEM financial reporting.

• Experience coordinating vehicle financing with banks and NBFCs.

• Knowledge of inventory financing, stock reconciliation, and dealership profitability.

• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, ERP systems, or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

• Relevant qualification in Finance or Commerce; CA/CMA preferred.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with dealership finance experience representing brands such as Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Volvo, or luxury automobile brands are preferred.

Important Candidate Criteria

• Immediate joiners only.

• Candidates must currently reside within 10 km of Whitefield/Kundalahalli, Bengaluru, or be willing to relocate close to the office.

• Relevant automobile dealership finance experience is required.

• Candidates must be comfortable with three interview rounds; the final round is mandatory face-to-face.
