Role Overview
The Fraud Analyst will focus on identifying, investigating and assessing potentially fraudulent card transactions and suspicious banking activities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and investigate suspected credit card and debit card fraud.
Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities.
Investigate chargebacks and customer disputes.
Review unauthorised transactions and potential identity theft cases.
Assess fraud alerts, evaluate risk and manage investigation cases.
Support banking and card operations related to fraud prevention.
Mandatory Skills
Fraud analysis and fraud investigation.
Credit card and debit card fraud.
Transaction monitoring and suspicious activity detection.
Chargeback and dispute investigation.
Unauthorised transaction investigation and identity theft detection.
Fraud alerts, risk assessment and case management.
Banking and card operations experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
