Freelance Recruiter

Kalensiss is inviting applications for the position of Freelance Recruiter. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with recruitment experience who can work remotely and coordinate with vendors, clients, and job applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with prime vendors and clients to understand hiring requirements.

• Source and screen candidates according to job descriptions.

• Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients.

• Track candidate progress and coordinate with clients until placement.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and records using Excel.

• Ensure confidentiality of candidate and client data.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 months of recruitment experience.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Personal laptop is mandatory.

• Availability for approximately 5–6 hours per day.

Compensation Structure

• Up to ₹5,000 per successful candidate placement.

• After two successful placements, fixed pay and full-time employment with uncapped incentives may be offered, according to the advertisement.
