Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days
Location: Hyderabad – Local candidates only
Experience: 7–10 years
Shift: Afternoon shift – starts at 12:00/1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration services and APIs using Go.

• Apply integration patterns such as message routing, transformation, idempotency, retry/backoff, circuit breaker, saga/compensation and outbox.

• Build event-driven architectures using AWS SQS, SNS and Lambda.

• Implement ordering, deduplication, dead-letter handling and replay strategies.

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on EKS/Kubernetes.

• Manage Helm charts, resource sizing, health/readiness probes, autoscaling and rollout strategies.

• Design and optimize RDS data access, including schemas, indexes, connection pooling, transactions and migrations.

• Define API/interface contracts, sequence flows and event schemas with proper versioning.

• Implement observability through structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing and SLA-based alerting.

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Cursor while validating generated code for quality and security.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated unit, contract and integration testing.

• Perform load, failover and resiliency testing.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level developers.

• Identify and communicate technical/design risks to the Tech Lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Go Development

• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Go.

• Strong knowledge of goroutines, channels, context propagation, error handling and interface-driven design.

• Experience with Go web/API frameworks and REST or gRPC services.

• Ability to profile and optimize Go applications for memory, concurrency and latency.

Enterprise Integration

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and their trade-offs.

• Understanding of synchronous vs. asynchronous processing, orchestration vs. choreography, delivery guarantees and idempotent consumers.

• Experience with canonical data models, schema mapping and integration contracts.

• Basic knowledge of iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, TIBCO or webMethods.

• Understanding of design patterns, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles and domain boundaries.

• Experience with API contracts, schema evolution and backward compatibility.

AWS & Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of deployments, services, ingress, configuration/secrets, HPA and production troubleshooting.

• Strong Docker skills, including multi-stage builds, image hardening and optimized runtime images.

• Experience with SQS, SNS and Lambda.

• Knowledge of RDS using PostgreSQL or MySQL, including performance tuning.

• Understanding of IAM, VPC/networking, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store and CloudWatch.

AI-Assisted Development

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real-world development.

• Ability to explain how AI tools improved delivery and where they required human intervention.

• Understanding of prompt/context management, security reviews, licensing concerns and hallucination checks.

Engineering Practices

• Experience with Git-based development and branching/trunk-based workflows.

• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar tools.

• Strong testing practices covering unit, contract and integration testing.

• Good written and verbal communication skills for working with distributed teams and client stakeholders.
