Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide basic assistance.
Respond to guest enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department.
Assist guests with luggage or other service requests where required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other hotel departments.
Help maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready areas.
Communicate guest feedback or concerns to the supervisor.
