An experienced HR leader is required to lead the human resources function at the head office in Hyderabad. The role involves developing HR strategies, strengthening organizational effectiveness, ensuring statutory compliance, and partnering with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy, policy formulation, and implementation.
Drive end-to-end recruitment and strategic manpower planning.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to applicable labour laws.
Oversee compensation structures, CTC planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strengthen HR systems, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
17–20 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
MBA, MSW in HR, or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates from the pharmaceutical API, intermediates, or fine chemicals industry are preferred.
Strong capabilities in HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational development.
