Hiring: Functional Test Engineer

🔹 Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in Agile SDLC ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

* Analyze requirements and design effective test strategies

* Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data

* Perform Functional, Integration, Performance, and Compliance testing

* Develop and maintain automation frameworks (FlaUI, SpecFlow)

* Execute manual and automated test cases

* Ensure requirement traceability and full test coverage

* Manage defect lifecycle and reporting

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables

* Support CI/CD and continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of Agile and testing methodologies

* Experience in desktop/mobile application testing

* Hands-on with tools: FlaUI, SpecFlow, Selenium, Appium

* Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS, Jira

* Familiarity with test management tools (MTM, Azure Test Plans)

* Proficiency in C# (JavaScript is a plus)

* Strong analytical and communication skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience building automation frameworks

* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

* Knowledge of performance and compliance testing
