Hiring: Senior QA Automation Engineer – Campaign / AJO (6+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation professional with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Remote
🏠 Base Location Preferred: Bangalore / Noida
🕒 Notice Period: 0–20 Days Preferred

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Hands-on testing experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
✔ Validate event-based customer journeys
✔ Test Campaigns & Deliveries (Email / SMS / Push Notifications)
✔ Perform Audience Qualification Testing
✔ Validate end-to-end communication flow:
Trigger → Journey → Communication

📊 Data Validation & Profile Testing:
✔ Validate customer profile data & attributes
✔ Verify event ingestion & payload accuracy
✔ Ensure consistency across systems (Webforms / APIs / Excel vs Profiles)

🧪 Must-Have Experience:
✔ Testing use cases such as:
• Abandoned Cart Journeys
• Welcome Journeys
• Transactional Triggers

✔ Strong understanding of:
• Test strategy & approach
• Edge cases & failure scenarios

⚙ Technical Skills:
✔ API Testing using Postman
✔ SQL for data validation
✔ Automation Testing exposure

🛠 For Senior QA Profiles:
✔ Strong debugging & validation expertise
✔ Ability to analyze:
• Why a journey didn’t trigger
• Why Email/SMS delivery failed
✔ Exposure to logs, reports & payload validation
✔ Understanding of timing issues, delays & triggers
