Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome.
