Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and recruitment data management.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and internal references.
Screen and shortlist profiles according to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update the Management Information System (MIS).
Work with the recruitment team to support timely hiring.
Assist with other recruitment-related activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
