HR Recruiter Intern

The internship provides practical exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and daily HR activities, with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for available positions.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain and update candidate databases.

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.

Requirements and Preferences

• Interest in recruitment and human resources.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of one or more preferred languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi or Kannada.

• Willingness to work from the Jayanagar office.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months.

• Stipend: ₹8,000 per month.

• Schedule: 6 working days per week, with Sunday off.

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Full-time opportunity: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, subject to performance and selection.
