Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Handle multiple positions across different industries.
Conduct candidate interviews and manage the selection process.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills
3–10 years of experience in recruitment.
