IBM is conducting its Off-Campus Hiring Drive 2026 to recruit fresh graduates for Associate System Engineer roles. Selected candidates will work on real-world enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and AI-based solutions for global clients.

As part of IBM Consulting teams, you will gain exposure to modern technologies such as Hybrid Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and large-scale enterprise systems. This role provides hands-on experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and support.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT or related fields)

• 2024 / 2025 / 2026 batch eligible

• Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA

• No active backlogs

• Good communication skills

📚 Education Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • AI / ML / Data Science

  • Cybersecurity / Cloud / IoT

🧠 Skills Required

• Programming: Java, Python, C++, Node.js

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies

• Communication & teamwork skills
