Key Responsibilities

• Call customers to discuss motor insurance renewals.

• Follow up with customers interested in renewing their policies.

• Coordinate the insurance renewal process.

• Maintain call records and regular follow-up details.

• Work toward the monthly target of 15+ successful eligible renewals.

• Handle customer queries and communicate renewal information clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Smartphone and calling skills.

• Ability to handle customers and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Willingness to work toward monthly performance targets.

Salary and Benefits
