Position: Investor Services – Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 8+ years of relevant Investor Services experience
Location Preference: Bengaluru locals only
Notice Period: Candidates with less than 90 days’ notice period only

Role Overview

The role focuses on investor servicing and fund operations, including onboarding and offboarding, compliance documentation, transaction processing and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Manage investor onboarding and offboarding.

• Handle AML/KYC documentation for individuals, corporates and trusts.

• Process subscriptions and redemptions.

• Manage Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) documentation.

• Support banking operations and wire setup.

• Generate capital calls and process distributions.

• Apply knowledge of ERISA regulations and lock-up provisions.

• Manage client-facing responsibilities and maintain strong investor relationships.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 8 years of relevant Investor Services experience.

• Strong knowledge of investor servicing and fund operations.

• Experience handling client-facing responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Must currently be located in Bengaluru, as specified in the advertisement.

• Notice period must be less than 90 days.
