Role Description

The selected candidates will work on building scalable, high-performance systems and will be deeply involved in coding, system design, and implementation. This role requires strong expertise in backend technologies, cloud-native systems, and observability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications

• Work on distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Implement observability and monitoring solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design

• Ensure performance, reliability, and system resilience

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java / Node.js / Python / GoLang

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability tools

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments

• Strong understanding of SQL and database systems

• Experience with MongoDB

• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)

• Exposure to Chaos Engineering concepts
