Role Overview
Seeking a senior professional to establish and lead an enterprise-wide governance framework for strategic partnerships across fintechs, Corporate Business Correspondents (BCs), co-lending partners, insurance partners and digital ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an enterprise-wide Partnership Governance Framework.
Standardize partner onboarding, periodic reviews, renewals and exit processes.
Develop partner scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreement (SLA) governance.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Oversee regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit teams.
Drive governance of strategic partnerships and alliances.
Monitor partner performance, concentration risks and dependency risks.
Strengthen the partnership ecosystem to support scalable business growth.
