Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle and curriculum administration.
Configure and manage Oracle Learning Cloud, including courses, offerings and assignments.
Handle mandatory training, compliance tracking, certifications and audit reporting.
Manage learning content uploads (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and integrations.
Resolve complex learner queries and escalations.
Drive process improvements, automation and operational excellence.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with HR, L&D and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (mandatory).
LMS administration and Learning & Development operations.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday or other HRIS/LMS platforms.
Compliance training, learning analytics and reporting.
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
