As images unfold in real time, Prudhomme invites audiences into the intimate relationship between sound, memory, and visual storytelling.

The performance will be followed by a talk on his work, with a focus on the role of music in his graphic novels. Music is central to Rébétiko and Rébétissa (Futuropolis), his two-part exploration of the outlawed Greek musical tradition of the 1930s and the histories, communities, and cultural landscapes it emerged from.

This programme is part of the celebration of the opening of A Moving Line: 1500 Years of Indian Visual Storytelling.
