The Location Credit Head will oversee retail asset loan processing and manage a team of Credit Analysts, ensuring appropriate credit evaluation across multiple retail lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Credit Analysts.
Oversee credit processing for retail asset loans.
Evaluate mortgage loans and other retail lending proposals.
Support credit assessment and lending decisions in accordance with applicable credit policies.
Required Experience
Strong expertise in credit evaluation for mortgage loans.
Experience across retail asset products, including:
Home Loans (HL)
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Business Loans (BL)
Personal Loans (PL)
Prior experience with a bank or NBFC.
Team leadership experience in credit operations.
