NCPA International Jazz Festival 2026 – Day 1
The National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai, presents the opening concert of the NCPA International Jazz Festival 2026 on 20 November 2026, featuring the Francesca Tandoi Trio.
Francesca Tandoi is an acclaimed Italian pianist, singer, composer and bandleader known for her musical artistry, virtuosity and engaging performances. She studied at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam before establishing an international career.
Tandoi has performed at prominent venues and jazz festivals around the world, including Dizzy’s Club at Lincoln Center in New York, Caramoor Jazz Festival, Bimhuis in Amsterdam and Hakuju Hall in Tokyo. Her collaborations include celebrated musicians such as Scott Hamilton, Lewis Nash and Darius Brubeck.
The opening night promises a live jazz experience showcasing the trio’s musicianship and Tandoi’s distinctive approach to the genre. The concert launches a three-day festival celebrating international jazz and outstanding performers.
