Position: Operations Manager / Area Manager
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Hospitality
Experience: 2–4 years
Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month
Interview Mode: Face-to-face only; telephonic interviews are not available.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager / Area Manager will oversee restaurant or QSR operations, maintain service and quality standards, coordinate teams and vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations and conduct regular outlet visits.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene requirements and quality standards.

• Conduct operational audits and address identified issues.

• Coordinate maintenance activities, vendors, events and bulk orders.

• Manage team coordination and support efficient daily operations.

• Handle operational problems and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Use Excel or Google Sheets for basic operational tracking and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B, QSR or hospitality.

• Strong experience in QSR or standalone restaurant operations.

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Area Manager is preferred.

• Knowledge of SOPs, hygiene, quality standards and operational audits.

• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• A hands-on, organised approach with the ability to take ownership of operations.
