Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Technofunctional Consultant to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System Cloud implementations across multiple countries and sites. The role combines warehouse functional expertise with technical configuration and integration capabilities.

Key Requirements

Oracle Fusion WMS:

• 6+ years of overall IT/functional experience.

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud experience.

• Experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle global Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud implementations.

• Experience with multi-country and multi-site deployments.

Warehouse Management Processes:

• Receiving

• Putaway

• Replenishment

• Wave planning

• Picking strategies

• Packing

• Shipping

• Cycle counting

• Physical inventory

WMS Configuration & Technical Skills:

• WMS Rules Engine.

• Task Management.

• Labor Management.

• Container/License Plate Management.

• Oracle Fusion Inventory Management.

• Oracle Order Management.

• Oracle Procurement.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.

• WMS, ERP and 3PL integrations.

• FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs and data migration tools.

• RF device configuration.

• Barcode scanning.

• Label printing and Zebra/label design tools.

Global Delivery Experience

• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Understanding of localization requirements, including tax, compliance and language requirements.

• Exposure to global template rollout methodologies.

• Experience supporting change management during phased deployments.

• Ability to work effectively with distributed, multi-time-zone project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion WMS solutions.

• Translate warehouse business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

• Configure and extend WMS capabilities according to business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM teams.

• Support integrations between WMS, ERP and third-party logistics platforms.

• Participate in global, multi-country and multi-site implementation programs.

• Support phased rollouts, localization requirements and change management.

• Contribute to solution design, implementation and delivery across the complete project lifecycle.
