The National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) presents Bindunadkalateet, a Marathi literary and theatrical presentation by Shabdavedh, based on the deeply introspective text by acclaimed playwright Mahesh Elkunchwar.
The presentation follows a writer who has stopped writing and addresses a letter to God. What begins as a personal confession gradually unfolds into an exploration of creativity, doubt, failure, longing and the uncertainties that shape an artist’s inner world.
Veteran theatre practitioner Chandrakant Kale brings the writer’s inward journey to life with restraint and sensitivity. Harshad Rajpathak joins towards the close, introducing another voice and a subtle shift in perspective.
Moving between spoken words and silence, Bindunadkalateet offers an intimate reflection on memory, artistic identity and the questions that remain unanswered.
