Page to Stage – Celebrating the Auth

Page to Stage – Celebrating the Author is an NCPA Library presentation celebrating the work and life experiences of Dr. Sudhir Nirgudkar, an entrepreneur, educationist, philanthropist, patron of the arts and author.

The session explores the ideas behind his wide-ranging books, which connect history, management, spirituality and personal growth through real-life narratives. It examines how personal experiences can become lasting lessons about perseverance, purpose, leadership and service.

Through conversations, readings and reflections, the programme offers insights into Dr. Nirgudkar’s approach to preserving history, interpreting traditional wisdom for modern management, and sharing practical perspectives on success and life.

A central theme is his philosophy of “recycling goodness”—the idea of carrying forward positive actions and experiences to create meaningful value for others.

The event offers readers, aspiring leaders and literature enthusiasts an opportunity to engage with the author’s ideas and understand the experiences that have shaped his writing.
