Plant HR Executive

Agra Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. (AMT) is seeking a dedicated and responsible Plant HR Executive to support HR operations at its manufacturing unit in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle blue-collar recruitment and manpower planning.

• Maintain daily attendance and leave records.

• Address employee grievances and manage shop-floor employee relations.

• Handle PF and ESI registration and employee documentation.

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain HR records and support day-to-day plant HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA, MBA in HR, MSW, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• Relevant experience in Plant HR or Manufacturing HR is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates must currently be based in Agra.
